Well in normal circumstances it would actually be a big challenge, good news are we are a team who is used to work remotely with clients who normally travel, live abroad or just keep busy lives.

We’d need you to fill a form and have a brief conversation with one of our team members in order to get to know you better and your intended project, we receive many applications yet only take a reduced amount from them. Because of the level of personalization we manage and the fact that we do holistic architecture, we want to make sure we are the best option for your project, and that your project’s intention is aligned to our core values.

When we know we could definitely help you and you’re project is aligned to our core values, we have a meeting that’s free of charge where we listen to your needs and desires and find out the best way to help you.

This will be completely up to you. Some of the people we help love to be involved in the design process and have an active participation on it.

If this is not your case, you can fully rely on our team to make the best design decisions for you.

The minimum commitment we expect is for you to give us information on your needs and desires for the project, to give approval upon the project’s design, signature of contracts, to provide documents for the legal parts and to do payments on time.

In order to be accurate about this one we will talk the specific conditions of your project first, yet good news are we do have a fixed pricing for each one of our programs.

Regarding cost of construction, we will arrive to a specific one once we’ve designed the project, and we’re as well open to do the opposite, which is to design based on your budget (from a basic amount of value per sqm/sqft).
